Before we prepare a formal proposal, we will ask for:
- the proposed client’s identity and contact details
- the company’s legal name and form (or proposed name and form if it is not yet incorporated)
- any existing commercial registration number and registered address
- signatory authority, notice addresses and the responsible person’s role
Please do not send identity documents, passwords or bank details by ordinary email.
