Monjiz is operated by Alwatheeq Ventures SPC, CR No. 1487723. This page covers www.monjiz.com, initial enquiries and related correspondence. If we agree to provide services, we will explain any additional processing needed for that engagement before it starts.
What this website collects
- It has no enquiry forms, document uploads or subscriptions, and it does not collect information for marketing.
- The pages and code of this website do not use non-essential tracking tools, and do not set cookies or use browser storage.
- This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering its pages involves technical request information, including your IP address, being received by Cloudflare.
If you email Monjiz
If you email Monjiz at hello@monjiz.com, we use the information you send to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Enquiries are received in Monjiz’s business mailbox (Microsoft 365) and the enquiry details are recorded in Monjiz’s customer-relationship system (Pipedrive) so that the enquiry can be handled and followed up. We keep enquiry correspondence and that record only for as long as needed for the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and then delete it unless a legal reason requires longer retention. Please do not send identification documents, banking credentials, passwords, health information, criminal or security records, information about children, or confidential legal files by ordinary email.
We do not treat an enquiry as permission to send marketing. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement with Monjiz or a relationship with a law firm.
Your privacy rights and questions
You may ask us to correct, update or block your personal information, give you a copy, transfer it where the law requires, or erase it. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. If a decision affecting you results from automated processing, you may object and ask for human review.
You also have the right to be told about a breach of your personal information and the measures taken in response where the law requires notification. You may complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology if you believe your personal information is being processed contrary to Oman’s data protection law.

Please do not send identification documents by ordinary email. We will explain any legal reason for retaining particular information or declining a request.
