Replies come by email from hello@monjiz.com with any routine questions or a proposal; no proposal, booking or engagement exists until Monjiz confirms it in writing. We acknowledge every enquiry within one working day (Sunday to Thursday, Oman time). If you already have an engagement, please use the contact route agreed for that engagement.

Before we prepare a formal proposal, we will ask for:

the proposed client’s identity and contact details
the company’s legal name and form (or proposed name and form if it is not yet incorporated)
any existing commercial registration number and registered address
signatory authority, notice addresses and the responsible person’s role

Please do not send identity documents, passwords or bank details by ordinary email.
