Who we are
Monjiz is a trading name. We provide operational, corporate, and execution-led corporate services to foreign companies entering Oman and to businesses operating in Oman. We are not a law firm, legal practice, or regulated legal-services provider.
What Monjiz does: within scope
The following services are within the ordinary scope of Monjiz engagements:
- ✓Business setup and market entry: Coordination of entity formation, structure support, and authority liaison through the Oman Business Platform and relevant authorities.
- ✓Post-registration and operational support: Activation after entity formation, including coordination of Tawteen registration, VAT registration, licensing, and bank account readiness.
- ✓Corporate secretarial and compliance support: Maintenance of UBO and beneficial ownership records, annual filing coordination, board and shareholder record discipline, and company-law compliance monitoring on an ongoing basis.
- ✓Vendor registration and tender support: Preparation and submission coordination for JSRS, the Isnad platform, OQ supplier portals, and zone-specific or sector-specific vendor systems.
- ✓Executive coordination: Retained local oversight and structured coordination for investors, principals, and senior management teams operating in Oman.

Referral to appropriate professionals
Where a client matter requires legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or financial advisory input, Monjiz will say so clearly and, where possible, indicate the appropriate professional route.
